Provide support to employees for various topics, like Leaves, compensation etc.
Good verbal and written communication.
Should know Emails handling, Recruitment (Non IT), screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, volume hiring, Joining formalities, Administration, Leave management, Attendance etc.
Well versed with all HR functions including recruitment, attendance, Payroll Processing, Employee Induction and engagement activities.

Recruitment, On boarding, Documentation, Leave management, Payroll Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous HR Business Partner experience (preferred).
Should have general and business process awareness, Internet awareness, computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel) and decent typing skills required.
Candidate having experience in Non IT recruitment, Attendance, Payroll management, Employee Induction, training coordination, statutory compliance and computer efficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point preferred.
Fun loving personality with ability to participate in events/roadshow and associate with wide variety of audience in an interactive manner.
Candidate must have experience in above job profile function.
